Daisy Dukes

So here are the pictures you've been waiting for Collin and Greg. I wore these ridiculous shorts to do yard work for an entire day.I decided the outfit wasn't quite gay enough so I went with the hat. I probably could have used some boots too.

Working in the yard and bending over was really uncomfortable. My brothers also saw the Bishop and told him to come over. When he saw how I was dressed he just started laughing. That hurt.
This is going to be July in the "Just for Men" calendar next year.

Sunset

Rob and I rode our bike up the hill from my house and watched the sunset. It was so romantic.

Play Date

Here's Calvin playing in the sprinkler with some of his friends. They play on the same tee-ball team. This rocket was really cool! It shot about 30 feet into the air.Since I was there, I showed him the proper way to play with a hose. Calvin has a lot of growing up to do.

Superhero

Brigitte let Calvin dress himself. This is the outfit he chose. Spiderman pj's with matching boots.Calvin told me that his shoes gave him power, so I took one.
He chased me around to get it back.
After he caught me I gave his shoe back.
His power restored he strikes his Superman pose.

Driving Lessons

I decided it was time to teach Halle how to drive my car. I'll teach Mia next year. Trust me, this is a lot safer than them learning to drive from their mom. Nikki thinks I'm being nice by loaning her my Infiniti. The truth is I'm hoping someone will wreck that SUV, and Nikki seemed liked my best chance.

Dinosaur Park

My sisters, their kids, and I visited the Dinosaur Park. Halle, Calvin, and Vince rode down together.
Mia was a little scared by the fake dinosaurs.

Halle was really scared by the fake dinosaurs!

Good thing Mia is so cute, because she can be so stubborn!

I think visiting the Dinosaur Park once in a lifetime is enough.

Clouds

I took this picture when Chris and I were fishing in Idaho. I'm not sure why I like it so much. Maybe it's the same reason I like yard work, cooking, and don't mind cooking. Brent's right; I'm going to make a great wife.

Relaxing

I promised the bishop that we'd have Family Home Evening every Monday. So far we've assembled a basketball hoop, playing basketball, had the neighbors over for dinner, gone for a motorcycle ride, BBQed, had a bonfire and did some target shooting. This picture is of me relaxing around a fire after shooting.

Basketball

Most of the nephews came out to my house to play some basketball. I don't mean to brag but I was really in the zone! The pictures should prove this.
They couldn't handle my athleticism!

It wasn't a perfect day. I lost in a game of "pig".

I'm tired of Calvin copying how I dress! I had the exact same outfit first. Including the Spiderman armbands.

Fishing

Calvin always asks me to take him fishing so we went to Newton Dam a couple weeks ago. He was really proud of his Spiderman lifejacket.
Look at that enthusiasm!

On the way out we ran into Josh and his boys. They were being really cute! Rob came out later to hang out. Josh said this is the same place that they almost got hit by lightening.

Josh's boys caught a bunch of fish, and Calvin caught 2 perch and a bluegill.

We had some snacks, and maybe a little too much to drink.

New Bikes

Shaun, Rob, and I all got bikes last month. The three of us have made some road and camping trips.

This is of a ride up to Tony's Grove. The canyon is gorgeous this time of year!

On a ride past Bear Lake we stopped at Brad's grave and hung out for awhile.

I've done some fishing on our trips. The fishing's been good, but it's much easier to eat in a restaurant.
